What is KenSAP?
The Kenya Scholar-Athlete Project helps gifted, needy high school graduates from a neglected region of Kenya gain admission to the most selective colleges in the United States. Each year the program chooses a dozen high-achieving students from its region, introduces them to the American university system and its application process, and prepares them for the American SAT exams. Since its founding in 2004, KenSAP has helped place 103 students at highly competitive US colleges, all with full, need-based financial aid.
